Gerber AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Anthropic, PBC. “Claude” and related names and logos are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, and any reference to them is for descriptive and compatibility purposes only.

The Claude platform — including its features, availability, usage limits, pricing, and the terms of any free tier — is controlled solely by Anthropic and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice to us. We are not responsible for any such changes, and our statements about platform compatibility describe our testing at the time of writing, not a commitment that Anthropic’s platform will remain unchanged.

Michael E. Gerber trademarks and materials

“E-Myth” and the frameworks, methods, terminology, and written and recorded materials associated with Michael E. Gerber are the property of their respective owners and are used by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] with authorization. Nothing in Gerber AI transfers any ownership of, or license to, that intellectual property to you.

Your license to Gerber AI

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Gerber AI and its materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the files, instructions, or ebook, or use them to build a competing product.§3

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Gerber AI is a digital product delivered in full at the moment of purchase. Please be certain before you buy.

No refunds

All purchases of Gerber AI, at every tier, are final. Because Gerber AI is a digital product delivered immediately and in its entirety upon purchase — including downloadable files, instructions, and the Ladder Guide ebook — we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital materials, and you expressly waive any right to a refund or chargeback on the basis of buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or non-use.

Live build sessions

The “Build It With Us” tier includes a live group build session on the scheduled date. Seating is strictly limited to 25 participants per session. If you cannot attend the live session for any reason, you will receive access to a recording of that session. It is your responsibility to make the time to attend live or to review the recording afterward. Being unable or unwilling to attend the live session does not entitle you to a refund, credit, rescheduling, or any other remedy.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your access to Gerber AI and all associated materials, without refund. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will work with you in good faith.§4
