In 1977, Michael founded The Michael Thomas Corporation with one partner and one Strategic Objective: to transform the state of small business worldwide. The tragedy he was looking at was a ninety percent failure rate — millions of earnest, hardworking people destroying themselves one day at a time in businesses that

MTC’s answer was a system they called the Business Format Franchise Prototype:
